Hope Dabney Obituary, Death – It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Hope Dabney, a shining light in the lives of many, who left us far too soon. Hope, a cherished member of the Lincoln Christian Class of 2015, was an embodiment of kindness, warmth, and everlasting joy. As one flips through the pages of the 2015 yearbook, Hope’s presence leaps off the pages, and it comes as no surprise that she was voted as the most friendly.
Anyone who had the privilege of crossing paths with her would wholeheartedly agree; she had an infectious smile that could brighten the darkest of days. Even in this moment of sorrow, her spirit continues to radiate positivity. Hope’s journey on this earth may have come to an end, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a warmth that touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
In accordance with the wishes of her family, a Celebration of Life for Hope Dabney will be held on Wednesday, January 31st, at 2 pm, with visitation beginning at 1 pm. The service will take place at the First Baptist Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina. It is a time for friends and family to gather, share stories, and celebrate the beautiful life that Hope lived. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Hope’s memory to River Edge, the nonprofit organization in Macon, Georgia, where she dedicated her time and energy.
Contributions can be made at https://www.river-edge.org. Your support will help carry on Hope’s passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. As we bid farewell to our dear friend, let us remember the words, “May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord turn his face to you and give you peace.” May Hope find eternal peace in the embrace of the divine, and may her memory continue to inspire us all to live with the same warmth and kindness that she shared so freely. Rest in peace, sweet girl. Your light will forever shine in our hearts.
