How to get free donuts at Krispy Kreme free donuts for Kindness Day 2023

Krispy Kreme announced the deal this week, giving customers the chance to get a dozen box of glazed donuts on World Kindness Day next week.

As it does every year, World Kindness Day falls on November 13. Krispy Kreme is doing its own part to celebrate the day and spread kindness to its customers.
Customers don’t need to make a purchase but simply need to be one of 500 first customers at each store. According to Krispy Kreme’s press release, the offer only applies to Original Glazed donuts.
“World Kindness Day is an opportunity to make a positive difference by being generous – from paying it forward to meaningfully connecting with each other. Simple gestures of carnage and thanks, including sharing a sweet treat, is a great way to do that,” said Dave Skeena, Chief Global Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme.
“We hope a dozen Original Glazed donuts – one doughnut for you and many to share with others – will inspire millions of small acts of kindness,” he added.

The history of World Kindness Day
This year marks the 25th anniversary of World Kindness Day, which was introduced by the World Kindness Movement in 1998.
The World Kindness Movement is an international NGO that has no political or religious affiliations. The organization’s mission is to inspire individuals and to connect nations in order to create a kinder world for all.
“The WKM encourages and supports individuals, communities, cities, and nations to establish independent kindness organizations to join the World Kindness Movement to see a kinder world realized in our lifetime,” reports the NGO’s site.
In 1997, the organization was founded at a conference in Tokyo when the country brought together various organizations from across the world that focused on the importance of kindness as a priority. It was officially launched in 2000 at the third annual conference. In 2019, is was officially recognized as an NGO under Swiss law.

If you find yourself unable to get to a Krispy Kreme store for opening, there are other (not-so-delicious) ways to celebrate World Kindness Day.
Doing something nice for a friend or helping a stranger is a good place to start. Many schools across the country celebrate the day too, hosting activities to teach children all about the importance of kindness.
Or the easiest way of all is sharing World Kindness Day-related posts on social media. Luckily, HITC put together a list of inspiring captions for World Kindness Day.
