Rochelle departed from this world, leaving a void in our hearts and a legacy of dedication, enthusiasm, and joy that will be remembered for years to come. Our thoughts and condolences go out to Rochelle’s family during this difficult time. Rochelle brought an unparalleled energy and passion to her role as a school trustee, generously volunteering her time and talents to uplift and support our students and schools. Her commitment to education was evident, as she first took on the responsibilities of a school trustee in May 2017, subsequently earning the trust of the community and being re-elected to Place 4 in May 2021.
Her exemplary service extended beyond the local community, as Rochelle was selected by the Texas Association of School Boards to participate in Leadership TASB’s 2020 class. Her dedication to educational leadership earned her the prestigious title of Master Trustee, a testament to her commitment to excellence.
